Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK)
- Standard UK Shipping: 3-9 business days — £3-10
- International Shipping: 10-36 business days — £12-25
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at aeroprintstudio@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
